Psychological Thriller Feature Film Casting

A adventure film with a out door feel like the "Hunger Games".  Seeking great actors. "Cold To The Bone"  is now casting for the Psychological Thriller feature film from Controversial Entertainment.

Casting Roles for the following:

Teen males: 14 to 16 years or age All ethnicity's must be submitted by a Parent.

TV Series Concept Submissions Grant

We are accepting submissions for a TV series concept: If you have a smart, cinematic, serialized comedy series for adults. They can even be dark comedies, genre comedies or dramedies as long as they have original and compelling concepts and characters. 

Think high budget, premium shows that that you might see on pay cable (or that might even feel like movies). We tend to like shows that take place in specific, unique worlds.

Pilot scripts can be live action or animated and should be under 30 minutes long. We encourage single-cam scripts to be under 36 single-spaced pages.

$10,000 option extension if we put your project on our Development Slate. $55,000 if we distribute it as a series

TV Comedy series proposal must include a pilot script. This should be the series at its best, but not necessarily an origin story. We encourage single-cam (single-spaced) scripts to be 36 pages or fewer; multi-cam (double-spaced) scripts, 54 pages or fewer.

TV Children's series proposal must include a mini-bible. This should describe the series in general, and its main characters; tell where the series is going and whether episodes are serial or standalone; and include five or six episode ideas. We encourage mini-bibles to be between two and six pages.

All submissions should be in standard script format, with Courier 12-point font and standard script margins. Here are some general guidelines:

• Page size: 8-1/2 by 11 inches

The Davey Foundation honors the life of David Ross Fetzer and his love of film and theater arts. The foundations provides a mentoring environment that allows young artist to bloom. Two $5000 grants  for writer/directors nationwide.  You must be 35-or-under on April 30,  fill out the 2015 Film Application, and pay a $10 reading fee per script (see below). Grant winners must deliver a Bluray copy of his/her film by December 1.  Films will premiere at the December 17, 2015 Davey Foundation Film Showcase.  You  also agree to attend the Showcase on December 17 and Filmmaker Forum on December 18.  The Foundation will provide airfare for your travel to Salt Lake City. The winners will be assigned a mentor.

How to Attend a Show or Casting

Welcome to Onset Productions. To begin getting your FREE TICKETS,

1.       First, find a show/event/casting that you would like to attend on the website.

2.       Then, create a profile that only Onset Casting Directors will see during the selection process. No one outside of Onset Productions will ever see your account.

3.       Once your profile is created, click back on the show/event/casting LOGO you would like to attend and CLICK the “GET TICKETS" button. The website will ask you how many tickets (up to 2 for FREE shows and 1 for PAID shows), that you would like for that show/event/casting.

4.       Once your ticket request is submitted, the website will tell you that your tickets are “Pending until further review.” You are done signing up. 

5.       Now that you have requested tickets, Onset Casting Directors will then review your ticket request and profile.  Some members, NOT ALL, will get his/her ticket request APPROVED. Reason being, there is only so many people that can attend a show and most shows reach capacity. If approved, you will receive an email alert back to the original email you signed up with and a text message (if you clicked to receive a text alert) that your tickets were approved. (ALWAYS CHECK YOUR EMAIL AND SPAM FOLDER DAILY TO SEE IF YOU RECEIVED TICKETS)

6.       When you receive that email or text message, go back into your account to approve your tickets.

7.       CLICK the “YES IM IN” button and PRINT out your tickets. Most members with tickets will receive a confirmation call the day before the show/event/casting to confirm his/her name on the guest list. Thats it!!!! See you at the show.
